Apply for a Surrey Historic Buildings Trust Award!

estored buildings of all kinds, shapes, ages and sizes can be eligible to apply for a Surrey Historic Buildings Award and even a plaque! To be in with a chance of winning such an award a panel of judges will make their decisions based upon a number of factors such as the most innovative or  appropriate re-use together with the sympathy used in choice of style and materials.

Anyone can submit an entry for the annual competition, there is no charge.  You will not win any money for a successful entry, but you will be given a splendid plaque to display on your building - in a carefully chosen spot of course!

A previous winner is the converted Water Tower at Munstead, but the building does not have to be large or of great historic importance.   As long as the restoration has been completed during the previous five years, why not see if your loving work may be in with a chance of recognition?

For an entry form ask the Honorary Secretary, Surrey Historic Buildings Trust, Room 115, County hall, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT1 2DN Tel: 0208 541 9019
