he whole of this area is worthy of high esteem,  it offers the basis for a very good standard of living.   Of course some of the cheaper housing in the suburbs is similar to that to be found anywhere, but the desirability of the general area is still not lost by living in such a position.  The high price tag on Guildford residences reflects just how well the town is regarded and the surrounding villages are of great individual character.  Strict planning controls in rural  areas mean there is a limited number and choice of homes which just serves to push prices higher.  You will need to dig deep into your pocket in this part of Surrey.  It would not be exaggerating to say the more expensive homes are really nothing short of idyllic.

uildford provides a stimulating and picturesque environment in which to live and work, there can be few places to compare.  It is particularly rich in its contribution towards quality of life, with cultural and leisure facilities of an exceptionally high standard.   Guildford Town Centre is one of the premier shopping centres of the South East focused around a steep cobbled high street with extensive views.  This vibrant town has examples of well preserved and great history sitting side by side with buildings fit for a ‘millennium lifestyle’.
